These terms govern your use of the TrendLabs Talent website. By using the site you agree to them. Services engagements are governed separately by the written agreement between TrendLabs Talent and the client.

What we are

TrendLabs Talent provides recruitment and staffing support services. We are not a law firm, a healthcare provider or a professional employer organization. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, medical or employment advice, and no attorney-client or professional advisory relationship is created by using it.

Scope of personnel services

Personnel introduced through TrendLabs Talent provide administrative and operational support. They do not provide legal advice, practise law, or deliver clinical or licensed professional services unless separately and properly licensed to do so. Supervision, direction and quality control of the work rest with the client.

No guarantees

Screening reduces risk; it does not guarantee individual performance, suitability or continued availability. Cost figures shown on this site, including any calculator output, are illustrative estimates based on inputs you provide and are not quotes, offers or guarantees of savings.

Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and confirm you have the right to share it. Do not submit confidential client information, protected health information or other sensitive data through website forms.

Intellectual property

The content, design and marks on this site belong to TrendLabs Talent unless otherwise indicated.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrendLabs Talent is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Liability arising from a services engagement is governed by the written agreement covering that engagement, not by these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in New York County, New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
